Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF).
  2. Cream together fat/sugar until very pale.
  3. Add egg, extract, and vinegar; combine.
  4. Add dry; combine.
  5. Add inclusions; combine.
  6. Scoop with No. 16 (royal blue, 2 fl oz) disher.
  7. For best results, chill fully and then bake later.
  8. Bake 11 minutes until light brown center.
  9. Cool on sheet pan.
