(2×) - Used Cassia. Meh.. Bitter. Acrid. Crushed too hard? Too much spice? still watery.. Maybe should try 100% milk?

Changes: Reduce all spice further. Use all milk instead of any water.
(2×) - Much more mellow! All milk makes it very smooth. Very gingery. Much less cinnamon flavor, which is good since I think it was overpowering before. Noticeably less spicy than before, maybe needs a little more added back.

Changes: Increase cinnamon from 0.1% to 0.32% and black pepper from 0.066% to 0.131%.
(2×) - Pretty good. More spicy but not too spicy. Still pretty mild.

Changes: Sub ceylon for cassia. Reduce milk to 75%.
(2×) - Ceylon noticeably less spicy than cassia in a good way. Could be spicier though. 25% water seems good, not too milky not too watery.
