  • (1×)  - Baked from partially frozen. Used Guittard Super Cookie Chips. Edges sank down a bit and thus were darker. Flavor is sub par, somewhat odd aftertaste. I think shortening isn't adding anything.

  • (1×)  - Baked from fully frozen. 350ºF/19m. Edges are much more crispy than centers. Not unpleasant but still oily aftertaste.

Changes: Remove shortening, apple cider vinegar. Add baking powder. Adjust yield.
  • (2×)  - Baked just after mixing. Rose high, browned faster around edges but not too bad. Inconsistent size portions: try weighing next time.
